Thank you so much for choosing my jams and salsas. I started this business with the aspiration of bringing great flavor combinations to markets and asking customers to try some new recipes with my jam flavors. You’ll be intrigued with some of the suggestions. And I hope you’ll experiment as well.
My products do not contain any added preservatives and very little sugar. But all of the jams contain pectin. While not a preservative, pectin as an ingredient found in many citrus fruits and allows for the actual jelling of the jam.
Other jam flavors and salsa items are added as the fruits and produce become seasonally available.
Many of you have asked, and I will finally be able to start shipping sometime in April or May so stay tuned for the announcement to come.
